Directs a Business Intelligence team of 10 in the service of internal business units, third-party partners, and customers via timely data management, accurate data insights, valuable data visualizations, and efficient process improvements. Led a team of 4 in an effort to support the sales organization and Chief Sales Officer. Developed and managed a suite of reporting to support sales professionals, sales leaders, and the C-level executives. Was instrumental in developing and executing an incentive program for a thousand person sales force.

Supported the business by managing and analyzing customer and potential customer data collected in Heartland’s proprietary web-based CRM. Helped guide the buildout of new features within the CRM to aid in data analysis and to make sales professionals more efficient.

Directly supported the General Counsel by building and maintaining an invoice tracking system for all outside legal invoices. Maintained the data and reporting of the internal legal department’s timekeeping and matter management software.

Sold a suite of financial products to merchants nationwide in a 100% commission-based compensation model.

Budgeted for all 47 banking centers in Oklahoma. Generated monthly and quarterly reports for the banking centers and board of directors while managing miscellaneous projects.
