PERIFA is part of the Versatile Group, a five decade old, full service real estate entity that also houses Versatile Made Construction.Prior to joining PERIFA in early 2023, Zac spent over 20 years as a Director of Mirvac in NSW, QLD, WA and VIC. In the course of his leadership role, Zac was involved in all areas of the business - from end-to-end project delivery and strategy development/implementation through to P&L accountability, business operations, health, safety and wellbeing, design management, procurement, industrial relations, human resources, risk management, and new business.During his career with Mirvac, Zac gained invaluable expertise across all types of construction and development projects, including apartment (build-to-sell and build-to-rent), hotel, large-scale mixed-use, office, retail, and rail integrated projects. He was also instrumental in developing Mirvac’s strong ‘Build to Rent’ D&C construction capability.Whether applying his unwavering attention to detail to project planning or ensuring flawless project delivery and built-form outcomes, Zac’s commitment to excellence has seen him excel in developing high-performing teams and providing outstanding project results.As for the future of construction, Zac is passionate about adopting smarter ways to build, using advanced digital engineering initiatives and leveraging offsite manufacture to enhance the way projects are delivered.
