Lead a team of routesetters designing routes, balance grade distributions for bouldering and top rope areas, create merchandise and graphics for gym use , clean holds and maintain sets with community-oriented learning and strength-conditioning opportunities.

Concept and construct bouldering and top rope routes for the the greater Lawrence community with a team of other setters. I also help clean holds, construct training boards and set for competitions.

Taught climbing practices to children aging from as young as 4-17. I built connections with my students to teach them fundamental climbing techniques, basic gym rules, strength training and project planning through various engaging strategies.

A shift supervisor who helped educate customers of all demographics on proper climbing etiquette, handled P.O.S systems and transactions and built and maintained lasting relationships with members.

A substitute high school teacher who built a standing rapport with other faculty, was ready to fulfill various duties on short notice, and enjoyed educating teenagers on a variety of subjects including but not limited to agricultural sciences, English, floral design, and special education.

Conducted general sales, including use of P.O.S. system, upheld inventory, managed customer relations, and had an in depth understanding of the luggage industry. Helped one of the country's oldest luggage stores remain afloat during Covid-19 and maintained numerous long-lasting relationships with people of the greater Lower Fairfield County area. Also responsible for the various social media outlets for the company which included aspects such as advertising, customer service, and creative projects.
