I performed market analysis, opportunity identification, brand plan and strategy, and identified segments in the On Trade, online and retail channels to develop marketing strategies. From the market conditions, I'd prepare reports for stakeholders, implement and monitor market strategies and digital strategies. My role was to oversee a team of 5 and managed both e-commerce and retail business for the company. And I implemented both online and offline marketing strategies and self-taught SEO, SEM and social media marketing, and strategising on the website, social media accounts, and online advertising. I was also managing the budget for the marketing plan and track marketing expenditures, and liaised directly with business owner and presented review using Excel and plan for new advances or initiatives to improve the company’s online and offline presence and sales.Accomplishment:Reduced 40% of digital marketing spends while able to capture the same online revenue as previous year starting 2017.Increased 10% overall sales performance YoY and streamlined business operation. Revamped company e-commerce platform, www.75cl.sg, and increased online orders and increased traffic to the retail stores.Maximised clarity and ease of navigation for customers with identifying the key format and features of the e-commerce website.

With direction from the senior management, I co-developed and executed sales and marketing plan; and tracked development and campaign progress.And I also managed brand marketing and communication functions within allocated budget, work on direct brand management, PR, media relations, product launches, advertising, sales collateral and tradeshow marketing.Accomplishment:I co-developed a sales programme with business owner with travel incentive and implemented it with sales team that manage to contribute additional 10% overall sales. I have designed catalogs, guides and training brochures that enhanced the sales reps’ understanding of product features and successfully helped them to sell more effectively.
