Using a vast knowledge of repair techniques and engineering vision, I have complete responsibility of the inspection, maintenance and repair of all weapons and sight units, that the regiment has holding of. I am appointed to conduct monthly lessons in engineering maintenance to all soldiers and officers of the regiment, demonstrating a confident, instructive, leadership quality. Consistently applying engineering skills in fault diagnostics, selective fitting, non-destructive testing, working to inspection standards and working with very low tolerances using calibrated equipment. Responsibly conducting account checks and the ordering of spare parts on a daily basis.

I was in charge of a large team of staff throughout my time at the Last Drop Village Hotel. This helped me to learn how to delegate jobs fairly and manage a team effectively, especially at demanding times where events and weddings increased the amount of customers up to a maximum of six hundred. Upholding the principles of working in a team was crucial in order to meet deadlines and in many occasions, surpass the expectations of customers. Within my time at the hotel, I was also selected to become part of the bar staff, where my interaction with customers was a vital aspect of the role. I was trusted with the responsibility of working with and managing money.

As part of the sales team I was responsible for receiving calls and carrying out sales orders from customers using a computer interface. I dealt with a vast array of clientele and in some circumstances, irate clients, where a level of calmness and professionalism was projected, having to adhere to the company policy of maintaining a polite manner throughout. I was responsible for dealing with payments and handling credit and debit cards over the phone showing that a high level of trust was afforded from my superiors.
