Zach is a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst with 24+ years of experience in aerospace, beginning in the year 2000 in aircraft maintenance. Between 2002 and 2008 he worked mainly in the restoration of WWII aircraft such as a Boeing B17-E and Hawker Hurricane, while simultaneously developing his skills in project management. In 2008 he joined the Boeing Company as a Structures Mechanic, adopting new roles within that capacity such as 5S/WASA/Tool/Safety Focal and EI Team Captain. 2014 saw him become a Team Leader for the Flight-Line Refurb Team on 747 Main Deck and expand his skills even more with exposure to interior work and liaising with other teams in a cross-functional capacity. During this time, outside of Boeing hours, he launched his own ecommerce business developing further skills in product and website management, brand development, merchandising and business strategy. Later he rejoined his original Boeing team and in 2019, again was promoted to Team Leader. Interested in further developing his leadership and business acumen, he decided to pursue his BSBA and is halfway to his goal. In 2022, he accepted his current position and very much enjoys helping others develop their skills and find creative solutions to a myriad of complex problems. Zach is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Zach is inspired daily by his wife and two children and in his free time likes to hike, play Lego with his kids and travel any chance he gets.
