In my current role with Camino, I manage development activities for a growing private E&P company. Our assets are centered on the SCOOP and Merge plays in Oklahoma's Anadarko Basin. My responsibilities include reserve management, budgeting, forecasting, and economic analysis. In conjunction with the rest of the team, I've helped developed processes and procedures to improve our internal controls and add value to the planning process.

As the Director of Reservoir Engineering for Antero, I led a team of engineers and analysts focused on adding value across all of Antero's operations. My team and I continued to develop and refine processes related to budgeting, forecasting, reserve reporting, and acquisition and divestiture analysis. Among other achievements, my team prepared mid-year 2017 reserves that resulted in a 14% increase to Antero's 3P reserve base and provided engineering materials and support for Antero Midstream GP's May 2017 IPO and subsequent listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AMGP).

As a reservoir engineer for a rapidly-growing E&P, I had the opportunity to contribute across a wide range of company activities on both the upstream and midstream segments of the business. My responsibilities included capital budgeting, production forecasting, acquisition and divestiture analysis, long-range planning, and the preparation of quarterly and year-end reserves. Throughout my tenure I had the opportunity to collaborate with virtually every discipline in the company. I regularly worked with the midstream and operations teams to help make long-term infrastructure planning decisions. These decisions included water delivery and disposal, low-pressure gathering and compression needs, processing and NGL takeaway forecasts and long-haul firm transportation.In the course of these projects, I routinely presented to and interacted with upper management, including the CEO and CFO, and had multiple opportunities to present to the board of directors. I also worked with financial and investment banking professionals through multiple A&D processes and was an active presenter or attendee in management presentations and data rooms. Transactions that I participated in included the sale of Antero's Piceance and Arkoma Basin positions, as well as the IPO processes for both Antero Resources (NYSE: AR) and Antero Midstream Partners (formerly NYSE: AM).

-- Served as reservoir engineer in both the Midcontinent region, focused on northwest Oklahoma, and the East region, focused on the Marcellus shale in northeastern Pennsylvania-- Prepared capital budgets and associated production forecasts-- Performed acquisition and divestiture analysis-- Provided input to operations personnel on completion design and was responsible for design and execution of completions in both Oklahoma and Pennsylvania

-- Served as project manager for microseismic hydraulic fracture mapping projects and managed all facets of project, including providing on-site supervision-- Designed horizontal hydraulic fracture treatments in various areas, including the Bakken and Appalachian basins

Duncan, Ok; Weston, Wv

As a field engineer for Halliburton, I learned the basics of well completions and cementing in Dencan prior to transferring to Weston, WV. There, I prepared multi-stage hydraulic fracture treatment designs for vertical wells in the Appalachian Basin, and served as primary Halliburton liaison for several Appalachian operators in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
