Starting and heading up the new Design and Fabrication division within the company.Teaching existing work colleges the basic skills of Carpentry, Painting, Electrics and safe operation for all power tools.Responsible for fabrication of secondary goods on site and in the workshop, this includes woodwork, metal work, fabrics and any other form of fabrication. Working alongside site managers on installs and preparing the finishing materials. Researching and development of existing finishing’s and exploring new options. Upkeep of the warehouse and all goods associated with installs.Leading a team when working on events in a safe and professional manner whilst constructing of internal tent leg boxing, pelmets, door frames and interior frame work for fabric fixing, temporary free standing walls and many more requests from clients such as Royal Family, DP World Golf, Dubai World Championships Polo, Jack Morton, DU Events and Flash.

Working mainly in the water sports area, main roles are: 1. keep all equipment maintained2. Keep 3 jet skis running on a daily basis 3. dealing with all mechanical / maintenance issues, such as: new spark plugs, new throttle cable, complete engine rebuild. 4. To keep 2 boats running on a daily basis, one boat has two 225 four stroke outboards and our other boat has a 115 2 stroke outboard5. One of the events we were involved with was the Abu Dhabi Boat Show, which is a 4 day event.I had a Logistical based role and I was responsible for moving boats from the Ports to an Exhibition location in Abu DhabiHiring and erection of cranes for lifting boats.Organising Fork lift and labour, required for moving equipment from the containers to exhibition centre.Responsible for assisting the exhibitors in setting up their stands.Transport marine craft to different ports in the world (The Maldives and Australia for example).Tasks consist of being on-site, assisting with crane operation and erection from stands to trailers and making sure the vessel is properly secured for transportation.
