I was asked to join FMC in order to bring my project management/organizational skills, along with my perspective on what client expectations and needs truly are, and provide them in a way that is unique within the industry.As Sr Project Manager on several projects across multiple clients, I handle deliverables in such areas as budget development and oversight, coordination of project documentation and general project oversight, ensuring that the Client has all needed information as quickly as possible.In 2022, I've handled projects across the greater Boston area with values in excess of $50 million. These projects include standard manufacturing/office mixes as well as a quickly growing presence in the bio-chem and clean energy segments of the tech industry.

• Responsible for day-to-day operations, service contracts and projects for38 sites with 400K + SF; manage budget of more than $50M (OPEX and CAPEX); supervise staff of three direct reports and one contractor.• Oversight of all capital improvements and RE projects, some exceeding $2M in scope

Responsible for day-to-day operations, service contracts and projects for15 sites with 250K + SF; manage budget of more than $50M (OPEX and CAPEX) for entire Facilities portfolio; supervise staff of one direct report and one contractor.• Oversaw expansion of Latham site from 70K SF to 75K SF as part of new lease. Worked with LLD and LLD contractors to update all RTUs on smaller Latham space along with installation of new roof, while expanding larger Latham space by ~3K SF.• Oversaw unforeseen move of staff from one Latham location to another after a fire at smaller Latham location. Worked with closely with LLD to get staff relocated from one space to the other over the span of 48 hours with minimal loss of productivity.• Oversaw decommission and sublet on NYC location to second NYC location to a savings of ~5M per annum. Project completed on-time and under-budget.

Responsible for day-to-day operations, service contracts and projects for10 sites with 175K + SF; manage budget of more than $50M (OPEX and CAPEX) for entire Facilities portfolio; supervise staff of one direct report.• Oversaw expansion and renovation of Corporate Headquarters (~1.75M). Involved gutting and rebuilding of C-level suites along with several executive areas. Project completed to complete satisfaction of those utilizing space. Require twice monthly travel to Boston for a number of months.

Responsible for day-to-day operations, service contracts vendor contracts and projects for 2 sites with 110K + SF; • Assisted with decommission of older office and worked to move staff from one location to the other with no loss of productivity.• Simultaneous to moving these staff members, I also assisted with complete refresh and fit-up of largest service center in company, WHILE the building was occupied and without the loss of any productivity. Entire project took ~4 months. All completed under budget and on schedule.

Dealt with vendors on a very one-to one basis to maintain outstanding relationships. • Acted as “voice of Facilities” within office, sending all site-wide emails, and becoming the face of facilities so that staff knew that they had someone to whom they could turn with a problem.
