Significant experience with SEC reporting, internal controls, and other complex technical accounting areas. Through his experiences, he has worked with clients to address a variety of complex issues in transaction-based environments, involving debt and equity offerings, consolidations, stock based compensation, and business combinations.Managing large multinational accounts provided extensive experience in coordination of audit, tax, and advisory services for our clients on a global scale, coordinating our local team’s efforts to complete the audit and provide responses to client matters in a timely fashion. Zac has also had many experiences working collaboratively with smaller and medium sized clients in resolving accounting matters through a more hands-on approach to providing accounting consultation.
