Zac is a Manager in KPMG's Deal Advisory - Financial Due Diligence practice. Zac is focused on providing financial and strategic support for clients during the diligence phase of the M&A lifecycle. Zac has extensive experience supporting private equity and corporate clients with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence (e.g., Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Net Debt, and underlying Business Performance) while executing on roll-up strategies, carve-out transactions, and cross-border transactions. He works across a variety of industries including SaaS, aerospace & defense, telecommunications, and industrial manufacturing.
