Building in crypto has been one of the most challenging but rewarding chapters of my career. I led product and overall company strategy for team.finance. During this time we: - launched a token vesting service (Carta for crypto), allowing founders and teams to setup vesting schedules for their investors and employees - expanded into B2B infrastructure, integrating our liquidity locking technology into top decentralised exchanges (DEXs)- launched one of the first crypto-native subscription models, allowing users to make automatic monthly payments from their crypto wallets- had over 30,000 customers and held $6.5 billion USD of funds in our smart contracts

Galileo allows Banks and Fintechs to issue and manage debit and credit cards to their customers. During my time leading Partnerships at Galileo, we: -signed partnership agreements with banks in Mexico and Colombia, enabling Fintechs to work with them via the Banking as a Service model. These agreements were the first of their kind in Latin America.-enabled Galileo to launch a revolving credit card with a Fintech for the first time in its 20-year history, via an integration partnership with a third-party provider.- signed service agreements with leading Mexican and Colombia Fintechs.

During my time at Finnovista, I: - sourced, did diligence, and invested over $1M USD in 15 startups - reported to our LPs about fund performance and investment decisions -helped run two acceleration programs and an innovation challenge for our startups and corporate sponsors

Embleema is a Healthcare Technology company that focuses on reducing the time and cost it takes to develop new lifesaving drug by leveraging new types of data and making this data regulatory grade. Doing so helps reduce the Stage 3 clinical trial process by up to a year, potentially saving millions and helping rare disease patients access new drugs faster. During my time at Embleema I:- Built up the company's investor network in NYC and managed investor relations - Managed the design of Embleema's customer incentive model - Helped reconstruct the company's financial model to reflect changes to the business model

As part of the Prime Minister's Scholarship to Latin America, I worked in the innovation and marketing department at CNV, a real-estate and construction business. In this role I was responsible for researching cutting-edge trends in these sectors and helping to implement these at CNV. I also worked closely with the team at MA&T, a think-tank based in Medellín. This involved me organising conferences with key business leaders in the city so that these leaders could share their expertise and ideas about how big data and innovation can help transform Medellín and resolve mobility and environmental issues.

Ignite Consultants is a student run organisation that provides free consulting services to organisations in the not-for-profit sector. In my role as PM I managed two teams of five students as they worked on eight-week projects with Birthright Hutt Valley and the Wellington Early Settler's Association. These projects required me to be responsible for maintaining a strong working relationship between the team and the organisation. I also helped facilitate design thinking sessions for my teams in order to help assist their strategic thinking for their respective projects.

Ignite Consultants is a student run organisation that provides free consulting services to organisations in the not-for-profit sector. I worked as part of a team of 5 to design an 'Online Hub' for Emerge Supported Trust. Emerge works helps disabled people, especially school leavers, to find paid employment. The project lasted 8 weeks and culminated in the Ignite team presenting Emerge with a report detailing step by step how to implement this Online Hub.
