As the Market & Trading Risk Team Lead, I oversee seamless operations for North American biogas and low carbon compliance position and P&L reporting. I manage the continuous enhancement of processes, systems, and reporting on a global scale.In addition to my core responsibilities, I co-lead the new hire onboarding process for commodity risk in the Chicago office. As a founding member of the Finance and Risk Continuous Improvement (CI) network, I have spearheaded 30 projects, achieving over 150 hours of monthly time savings and implementing more than 70 enhanced controls. I also serve as the regional Microsoft Co-Pilot champion.I bring extensive experience from previous roles at BP, Uniper, Peabody, and Center Oil, working across physical and financial commodities trading, including power, natural gas, crude oil, coal, freight, and low-carbon products (both regulatory and voluntary). This background has given me substantial exposure to both North American and global markets.My expertise spans risk management, middle office operations, compliance, reporting, contracts, and project management. This diverse skill set enables me to develop automated, agile solutions that drive time efficiencies, improve insights, and strengthen control frameworks for teams across trading and shipping.
