Developer and Manager of Financial Methods, Operations, and Controls. Manages the Administration department. Manage efficient buying of goods and services in manner that minimizes cost of ownership. Consistently evaluate, adjust, and monitor replenishment for 130,000 SKUs, across three locations, to maintain 98.5+% on-time performance and inventory levels within defined KPIs. Manage system pricing within three pricing structures and multiple customer contracts, to ensure profitability of all products. Work with key decision makers to insure that tactical objectives of the departments are in line with the Company Strategic Plan. Oversee Procurement, Product Data, Product Development, Strategic Quotes, Key Accounts, and Sales Operations across three nationwide locations.

Responsible for the management of assigned product lines and suppliers. Manage the day to day activities and profitability in support of company strategic goals for entire product line life cycle. Strategic sourcing which includes developing and supporting existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers to support business objectives and improved profitability. Responsible for developing and managing new products or product line introductions. Review historical usage and forecasted usage in developing Replenishment Variables to meet inventory service level and turnover requirements. Rank approximately 90,000 + plus items by similar criteria. Apply self-developed Order Point and Order Quantity calculus on a continuous basis to establish cost-effective replenishment variables. Increase Turnover and Service Level, while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.

Prepare Yearly Budget and Financials on a monthly basis, measure year-to-date and monthly performance, and assess specific areas that need to be revised or concentrated on to exceed budgeted profit margin for a company averaging sales of $5 Million per year. Human Resources duties to include management, employee benefits, payroll, taxes, insurance administration, and state/federal policy compliance. Maintain appropriate Accounts Receivable aging with customers and Accounts payment with vendors. Administer Healthcare claims and process payments to employees/healthcare providers. Complete monthly financial reporting and submit package to Management and Parent Company.

Review customer financial condition and assess their ability to re-pay the loan. Structure each individual loan to the ability of the bank and the customer. Perform credit analysis on all loan requests for my own loan portfolio, along with assisting other lenders with credit analysis on their loan requests. Develop lending, deposit, merchant services and treasury services for the bank. Monitor loan portfolio of approximately $26 Million to maintain a high-quality asset base. Maintain up-to-date client files with current financials, projections, and loan documentation. Process requested and approved credit transactions to determine if the credit requests satisfy bank policies and procedure guidelines. Assess the credit worthiness through various loan approval reports and financial spreads. Provide and maintain reporting requirements on bank customers’ credit obligations. Perform the daily administration of reports-Past Dues, Grade Changes, and Charge-Offs. Review customer financial information and assess the customer’s ability to repay the loan. Meet with prospective customers, obtain the necessary information, and maintain contact with the customer throughout the loan underwriting process.

Interview clients to determine financial needs and recommend best product solutions. Open all deposit accounts—Checking, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, and IRAs. Assist in loan underwriting of consumer loans to determine credit worthiness/risk involved. Determine loan approval/denial and communicate outcome of loan underwriting to client. Assist clients with their customer service needs.
