In addition, I’m developing a major real estate project called Enoch, which will transform downtown Nashville with over 500 luxury condos in a full-service hotel. Enoch will offer buyers a unique investment opportunity, allowing them to generate substantial income by listing their condos through the hotel’s front desk when not in residence. This project will begin sales at the end of 2025, with completion scheduled for 2027.In addition to my real estate ventures, I’m spearheading a partnership with Uber and Tesla to bring a fleet of 1,000 autonomous vehicles to Nashville and Knoxville by the end of 2025. This initiative is designed to address the local transportation crisis by offering continuous, autonomous transportation. The project is backed by Nashville Metro and privately funded, with potential grant opportunities under consideration. I own the fleet, and the vehicles will operate from a centralized location for charging, providing a much-needed solution to the city’s growing transportation needs.Driven by a desire to innovate, I’ve built my career on scaling high-impact ideas.
