As the Director of Operations at MISSION FIREFLY, a nonprofit organization that provides humanitarian services around the world, I have been overseeing the various ongoing projects that improve the lives of others for over 10 years. I have a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and strong skills in problem solving, sales, and analytical thinking.I enjoy logistics, challenges, and finding ways to better processes and procedures. I communicate the goals and tasks that our Board of Directors outline to our overseas staff and follow up to ensure our projects are efficient and effective. I also create new opportunities for donors and partners and counsel them through their efforts to support our mission. I am fluent in Spanish and passionate about working with diverse teams and cultures.
