I have always been passionate about helping others, which led me to become a Registered Respiratory Therapist in 2015. Early in my career, I realized that while helping patients one-on-one was rewarding, I wanted to make a broader impact. This desire for greater influence led me to explore opportunities beyond healthcare, eventually guiding me into the world of multifamily and SMB acquisitions.Since November 2021, I’ve been proud to serve as the Acquisitions Leader at Arrows Capital Group (ACG). At ACG, we prioritize people, striving to increase the potential success of others through the synergy of hope, growth, care, and generosity.
