• Directing and coordinating Internetreputation.com, Infosweep.com, and Massivepeak.com with 100+ employees and contractors• MassivePeak.com and InfoSweep were launched in 2016 as an initiative to have specialized services that were free to target specific markets• Expanded the sales team from four inside sales representatives to six and added an additional three outside sales representatives to bring in larger long-term business clients• Restructured the compensation structure for the sales team to allow for higher payouts with larger deals while not impacting EBITDA• Established a system of SFAs to increase the follow through of sales representatives with the leads they received and oversaw an increase in average close rate of 3% over two years• Changed the CRM workflow so there was easier management and oversight of the leads being worked by the sales representatives• Pushed through an in-house built custom core operating system which became the nerve center for all company operations, client management, and payment processing• Hired specialized Account Managers who were experts in specific products and put in place a system of checks and balances to ensure effective delivery of services to all clients• Reduced the chargeback and refund rate from 5% in 2014 and 2015 to under 2% in 2016 and 2017• Pushed forward an automated SAAS service that had automated information removal and a personalized portal for clients to log-in with an emphasis placed on the user experience to build subscription revenue• Introduced metric centered marketing and reduced the cost of acquisition for leads by 40%• Changed the sales strategy from being focused on one-time sales with information removal to recurring payments with reputation management, review management, and subscription services• Scheduled future revenue increased from $40,000 to $90,000 within a year and a half
