Assistant to veterinarians and technicians at two animal clinic locations. Care for the communities' animal companions includes administering medications at proper times, bathing, walking, feeding, socializing, and ensuring general comfort. Other tasks include cleaning the building and grounds, restocking goods, preparing the space for next-day appointments, answering to late-night inquiries from patrons, and ensuring building security in the evening. Additionally responsible for training new employees at both locations.

Designed Iowa Speech Association logo, resources for AmeriCorps recruitment, and social media posts with Canva. Synthesized 148 responses from 10+ community organizations in data analysis project presented to Grinnell College’s President. Developed data analysis project with Microsoft Office suite presented to 5 community organizations.

VISTA position that managed and cleaned Volunteer Iowa's Get Connected site, which acts to bring volunteers and organizations together to communicate in an effective and streamlined way. Successfully updated Get Connected site database. Contacted 209 organizations across Iowa and assisted 22 organization representatives revamp organizational pages and improve accessibility. Designed 18 social media marketing posts and 4 promotional flyers with Canva. Created 2 ongoing feedback surveys with SurveyMonkey. Developed a quarterly newsletter shared with 300+ site users.
