Order, organize, and optimize inventory of thousands of pieces of golf equipment per month. I interact and work with representatives from over 20 brands including sales reps, customer service teams, and accounting of all of the brands. I handle warranty replacements, shipping of clubs to customers, and managing all of the demo clubs for each brand we carry. I am involved in data entry into QuickBooks of pricing, invoices, and inventory. We have also entered into a partnership with TeeBox that will increase our output from one to three locations with new locations being added in the near future.I have improved the ordering, shipping, and inventory processes to save thousands of dollars for the company.

I enhanced the customer experience by taking phone calls, scheduling customers, helping them operate equipment, and educated them on both Trackman and golf clubs. Some of my tasks included gripping clubs, adjusting loft and lie angles, and puring shafts with SST Pure machine and assembling clubs from start to completion of the build along with solving repair issues. Developed ability to take inventory and manage incoming product in a neat and organized fashion while receiving 10+ packages a day. Developed ability to share new and old skills by training new hires. Proficient in JC video software, Trackman, Quickbooks, SST Pure, and Club stamping.

Travel to courses around the state of Utah to participate in demo days fitting customers to Ping clubs. I set up fitting equipment, make sales, and effectively communicating club technology and characteristics to customers. I was able to increase the success rate of Ping demo days in the first year of its expansion in the territory.

Player on the Men's Golf Team for four years. I was the captain my senior year. I held a 3.9 GPA and was on the Dean's list all four years. Involved with the planning of practices, events, uniforms, etc.

Provided range of business consulting services to small businesses participating in the Salt Lake County Economic Development’s Center of Opportunity Partnership Program including finance and accounting integration, business plan development, cash flow projections, private business valuation analysis, loan and grant application assistance, and general business consulting.Collaborated with team to manage client workload and provided timely support for clients with limited financial knowledge.

In charge of maintenance of the driving range which required great attention to detail. Additionally, I received increased responsibility that allowed me to use my problem solving skills to improve the conditions of the greens through mowing, rolling, seeding, and cup cutting.
