At the foot of the Continental Divide, I was a dining room staff member at a luxury dude ranch resort just outside of Steamboat Springs. With my team, I maintained the tidiness and flow of the dining room. I also learned all of our guests’ names and spent three meals a day getting to know them. Excellence was the standard as the entire staff worked and lived together in the stunning Rocky Mountain property.
