Working on the O365 team, SaaS, and SharePoint teams to maintain and improve these areas. Within O365 I have focused on piloting and deploying Bookings and Forms as well as migrate all our employees from a personal network drive to OneDrive. Since the beginning of 2022, my main focus has been SharePoint administration. Mostly taking in requests for new and existing sites for our On-Prem environment.For SaaS applications I have been working with a team to review all new incoming SaaS software, document them in our CMDB, make sure that our CMDB is up to date, create knowledge base articles for all applications, and ensure those articles are also up to date.

Provided support for these applications and updated information we had about them in the CMDB (Configuration Management Database). Created knowledge base articles that the Service Desk could use to provide support. Worked with other IT interns to create an Alexa skill for internal OneAmerica employees and hosted the first Innovation Day at OneAmerica.

In this position I mainly assist professors in the ISOM department with technical issues either in the classroom or with their work computers. I also help maintain and update the computer labs we use for many of the classes in the department. I will also take care of any tasks the department needs completed or professors need to be done.
