- Oversee the progress of larger projects to ensure deadlines and testing requirements are met- Determine whether requested changes are included in the scope of services and compatible with system functionality- Partner with the Project Manager to create project plans and costing estimates for requested changes- Review suggested solutions to ensure total impact and root cause have been properly identified- Suggest improvements for test plans of new and existing functionality - Provide feedback on reports and system updates based on client requests- Mentor other team members regarding communication styles, system functionality, and best practices - Assist in creating trainings for both newly hired and existing colleagues
