As an Office Chief, Directorate of Operations, led 30+ member joint-service production and analysis team responsible for conducting target development, tasking, language analysis, intelligence analysis, reporting, and information sharing in support of Director of National Intelligence (DNI) priority targets within the Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR). Directed the release of 246 serialized reports - a 72% production increase from previous reporting - providing support to 28 different agencies and 601 organizations, foreign partners, thereby satisfying over 1,100 Information Needs. Received 193 instances of customer feedback; out of applicable reports, 89 were assessed by the customer as CRITICAL to operations (a 161% increase), and 13 were marked as HIGH (30% increase). Reporting was utilized in 25 instances of clandestine operations planning; 54 instances of policy negotiations; 33 instances of target knowledge enhancement; 8 intelligence publications; supported 7 I&W tipoffs; lead to the release of SIGINT products to third parties; and many formal diplomatic démarches from Department of State to foreign governments, supporting national-level security and policy directives; and cited twice in senior inter-agency reporting. Drove coordination efforts with inter-agency Groups; bridged cross-directorate collaboration gap, optimized asset and intel sharing resources; established framework for future coordination that halts illicit procurement of fuels used in weapons development programs of an elusive regime. Triple-hatted as Group Chief of Staff, Group Deputy Chief, and Wartime Contingency Operations Officer during the 5-month surge at the onset of a global crisis: Initiated communications with overseas Mission Centers at the onset of pandemic, acting as the focal point between Pacific AOR command centers and NSAH. Formalized contingency planning to ensure no lapse in operations in the event assets in the AOR were incapacitated.

Responsible for the design and development of secure and compliant corporately sustainable solutions to ensure tactical and strategic mission needs are met for the Pacific AOR, via robust software development and platform adoption, leveraging best practices and corporate baselines, automating manual processes, aligning with NSAH Innovation teams to identify, triage, and execute formal and informal innovation efforts, transitioning NSAH projects to production and sustainment for use across the enterprise, and enabling time-sensitive target identification and tracking, supporting SIGINT and analytic capabilities.

Responsible for providing the Navy with expertise in cryptology, space, signals intelligence (SIGINT), cyberspace operations, and electronic warfare (EW) to ensure freedom of action while achieving military objectives in and through the electromagnetic spectrum, cyberspace, and space.

As division officer, led, mentored, and provided administrative oversight to 70 enlisted personnel.

Responsible for hazard abatement, mishap investigations, safety inspections, and safety training compliance for 1,800+ personnel. Implemented more effective and efficient means of tracking hazards leading to abatement of 50+ hazards throughout 7 buildings.

Medically attrited due to complications from LASIK. Redesignated as Cryptologic Warfare Officer.
