Responsible for driving the Home Energy Improvement Program to exceed the energy savings goals set for Honeywell by Progress Energy Carolinas. This includes ongoing management of a wide contractor base in North and South Carolina as well as delivering training sessions. Trainings include continued learning opportunities and requirements for the existing contractor base in addition to new contractor orientations. I also participated in regular meetings with the client to present program results and conduct quality assurance inspections in residential dwellings to include single family, multi-family, and mobile homes.

Hired as a Project Engineer, I spent time working with both the Commercial Drywall Division and the Concrete and Masonry Restoration department at Manganaro. Worked in project management as well as estimating and was responsible for everything from quantifying work items and developing bids to taking part in field management, pricing change orders and buying out material and subcontractors.Was asked to represent the company at outings aimed at development, called on existing and prospective clients, and joined the International Concrete Repair Institute, attending quarterly meetings as a member.
