-Customer facing, tier one manufacturers, responsible for delivery, pricing, quality and all logistics milestones with key accounts: status updates, daily/weekly conferences.-Worked closely with the production floor to understand roadblocks and current production capabilities based on available output on a given value stream. Collectively prioritizing the production schedule dependent on the customer and current monthly sales targets.-Liaised with engineering team on design change requests and any upcoming projects moving through NPI (New Product Introduction) program.-On the production floor with operators and team leads to continuously improve communication. Understanding the complete production cycle and challenges that our team faced.-Targeted high-risk components to revise inventory levels, while also ensuring lean manufacturing methodology. -Continuously monitored market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. -Played a strategic role in finding the right balance between value, cost, and profitability, while nurturing long-term relationships with customers. This required a deep understanding of both the OEM's capabilities and needs, as well as effective negotiation and communication skills.-Assisted the accounting team to enhance our accounts receivable performance, elevating rates from 78% to an impressive 98% current. This strategic initiative significantly bolstered our free cash flow.-Served as a liaison, facilitator, and problem solver between the OEM and our supply chain partners. By maintaining effective communication, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and information.-Collaborated intimately with the President and Vice President to meticulously monitor, comprehend, and fine-tune our projected sales and production metrics for a designated month.-Assisted in strategizing, conceptualizing, and executing my company's inaugural presence at the premier commercial construction expo in America.
