For over 3 years, I implemented and executed multiple non-profit vetting processes, ensuring United Way of the National Capital Area could create and maintain a robust, impactful local network of organizations making positive change in the DC metro area. In addition, I led stewardship of that network, helping to provide opportunities, resources, and capacity building, creating a stronger, more inter-connected nonprofit community in the National Capital regionI successfully managed United Way of the National Capital Area's partner eligibility process, leading a small team that annually vetted the finances and programming of 400-500 organizations for inclusion in UWNCA's network. I also coordinated the annual completion of applications for the Combined Federal Campaign, the federal government's workplace giving campaign, for the entire United Way partner network. Completion of these applications led to over $22 million raised for the network over my tenure, and brought in roughly $2 million in pledge processing administrative fees for UWNCA, in addition to $225,000 in direct dollars to UWNCA.

Managed member support and public workplace giving applications for over 125 environmental non-profits working locally across the East Coast. These campaigns included the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), New York SEFA, Pennsylvania SECA, and more than a dozen others.

I provided general administrative support to the Campaign and Marketing teams at EarthShare, a charity federation supporting environmental non-profits who work locally, nationally, and internationally.I assisted in the maintenance of databases, including SalesForce-running reports and creating how to documentation and video demonstrations for our network. I also pulled and formatted donor reports from third party workplace giving platforms such as YourCause and Cybergrants and maintained our VolunteerMatch account, which posts events on behalf of dozens of our members.In addition I worked closely with the SVP of National Campaigns to create annual master agency lists of all our members, research prospective groups, and complete a variety of short term projects that required quick turnarounds with minimal errors.
