Lear was the former Senior Business Analyst of Awarepoint Corporation which provided Real time location solutions for major healthcare systems. Lear has forged new paths for healthcare information exchange, and is committed to growing the medical data source contributors by solidifying current relationships and exploring broader markets for healthcare technology information exchanges. Lear previously served as a strategic client risk analyst and clinical claims processor at Johnson & Rountree Corporation. Prior to that, Lear was the director of data exchange technology at MyCCMPro where he oversaw all aspects of business development for the fast-growing online contact management systems. Lear was also with Redding Consulting where he developed a national organization for delivering automation-related services. Lear was also an orthopedics operating room surgical technologist for Pacifica Medical & Health and Sharp Healthcare systems. Lear Graduated with honors from University of San Diego with a BS in Bio-Science and applied Organic Chemistry.
