Managed both the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), a group of 13 students from across the country, and Board of Directors (BoD), a group of 13 students (both undergraduate and continuing education) and industry professionals, to fulfill the organization's mission and purpose. During my term, I led the creation of a new 5-year Strategic Plan for the organization, maximized efficiency by splitting the President and Chair position into separate positions, and ensured the success of the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic.
