• Direct and coordinate operational support for preventive maintenance, energy management, maintenance projects and repair, and capital projects to ensure safety, fiscal efficiency, minimal operational impact and maximization of guest experience. • Assist in the management of outside contractor personnel, making sure that work performed is up to project specifications and DNC-Boston standards. Oversee the various trades personnel assigned to TD Garden including Electricians, HVAC, Plumbing, and outside contractors as needed, focusing on safe work procedures, job quality, and proper training. • Designated facility FPPM (Fire Prevention Program Manager). Responsible for all compliance related inspections and maintenance. Including safety training for all full-time union employees & maintaining Arena hot work, isolations, NFPA 241, Fire Command Center Log, etc.• Responsible for coordination of Arena event operational needs paralleling broadcast requirements & mobile unit site logistics for major television productions including 2018 Stanley Cup Final.

• Developed, administered, & maintained TD Garden’s Environmental Compliance & Sustainability program (GreenPath) to ensure regulatory compliance requirements were met & best management practices applied throughout Arena.• Assisted with the preparation, review, and management of the operating budget & capital improvement budget to ensure business continuity & the maximization of operational efficiencies. • Managed TD Garden’s BMS (Siemens Apogee) & CMMS (AwareManager) to include department PO Tracking, Preventative Maint., Security Reports, Game/Event Expense and Incident Tracking, Lost & Found Tracking/Reporting, Visitor & Deliveries logging. • Provided on-site event support to ensure Arena infrastructure was presentable and in good working order prior to and throughout events. Monitored and maintained Arena conditions per league specifications or event/client requirements.

• Assisted in management of TD Garden’s CMMS & BMS system including updating of facility equipment data and specifications, managing of work orders, and creating reports.• Performed periodic rounds of machinery spaces with Facility Maintenance staff. Helping to establish a CMMS based inspection checklist of day-to-day MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) readings.• Participated in management of Capital Enhancement Projects. (attending coordination meetings and periodic project site walks)• Attended & assisted with managing on-site Safety Training Program for Operations department members.

• Completed daily WO’s with various maintenance supervisors. • Participated in emergency planning & crisis mitigation meetings & conducted routine evacuation drills. • Assisted in maintaining code compliance with multi facility critical infrastructure.

• Supervised operations of on-site WWTP. (Waste Water Treatment Plant)• Performed PM’s on various types of equipment including low pressure boilers, building AHU’s, electrical components, etc. • Conducted weekly environmental compliance testing to ensure pollution standards were met.
