-Managed day-to-day master servicing and asset management activities of life insurance company’s mortgage portfolio of 225+ loans totaling $3 billion in UPB-Analyzed quantitative and non-quantitative data and provided recommendations to credit committee on borrower requests such as: Reserve Requests, Lease Reviews, Partial Releases, Additions to Collateral, Assumptions, Payoffs, Modifications/Workouts, Cash Management Processing, etcetera-Successfully pledged and maintained reporting on 66 loans totaling $1.4 billion to the Des Moines Federal Home Loan Bank, securing additional investment capital for our Lenders-Produced monthly reports showing specific stratifications of said mortgage portfolio-Completed required collateral surveillance and compliance reviews to ensure all insurance policies and other required items remained satisfied during the life of the loan
