Created educational curriculum to administer to first-generation, low-income-based college students (6-12th grade), preparing them for college. Collaborating with faculty and staff at Three Rivers College to create and facilitate events for pre-college students to have an opportunity to tour college campuses and embark on cultural experiences. Assisted numerous students to discover their desired path to college or tech school and taught various soft skills to help their development as a professional down the road.

Collaborated with team members to organize and execute events ensuring that all aspects of the event were in place. Exciting personality and great presentation skills demonstrated in campus tours and presentations led to an increase in student enrollment while on staff. Aided the efforts of the testing department, career services, financial aid office, and recruitment. Created videos for the purpose of recruiting prospective students to Three Rivers College.

Significantly enhance the student’s understanding of the historic roots of the Christian faith especially as it relates to the Holy Spirit and renewal movements and figures. Instruct the history of the Holiness and Healing movements that led up to the Azusa Street Revival, the birth of the Modern Pentecostal Movement and its growth and development, the post-World War II healing evangelists, the Evangelical and Catholic Charismatic Movements, the Third Wave Movement, and the lives of prominent individuals in these movements.

Selected for key teaching assistant positions for Dr. Connie Dawson’s three Revival History courses and Dr. Geoff Wattoff’s Inner Healing course. Leading discussions and fostering interactions with students regarding the course material. Supported and boosted student engagement during class activities, providing clear and responsive answers to queries and concerns in collaboration with other teaching assistants. Received positive feedback from students and professors repeatedly. Assisted students with their final paper topics and graded assigned research papers. Created and edited videos and presentations for the progression of student learning. Worked with Dr. Lesley Taylor to create videos to onboard new students and provide them with necessary information as they began their GATS journey.

Aiding in the establishment and hosting over 3,000 students for FCA-Fields of Faith and facilitating events/conferences.
