I graduated with an Associate's of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Frederick Community College in May 2021. I currently attend The University of Maryland College Park while pursuing a Bachelors's Degree of Science in Business Management with a specialty in entrepreneurship and an expected graduation date of May 2023. The opportunity to start a career in Management with a company that has a reputation for creating a collaborative work environment and focuses on the professional growth/development of its colleagues is quite desirable.My decision to major in Management is based on my desire to apply concepts associated with core business areas to create solutions to business issues and situations by applying ethical-based practical knowledge to “real world” business initiatives.While balancing my academics with other extracurricular activities, I have developed strong time management / organizational skills; as well as, how to interact and function in a team environment. I am confident that my academic accomplishments, work experience, work ethic, perseverance, eagerness to learn, ability to handle multiple responsibilities and successfully complete assignments will provide for a successful professional career that is mutually beneficial to me and your company.
