Tested and thrived in a high-intensity Federal and Commercial sales environment as I made my transition to outside sales with the help of the superior mentoring I received from the management at Colossal Contracting. Position requires ability to handle a consistent work load and perform duties stretching across the whole company. Being a smaller company, I am able to get great exposure to all different aspects of how a company runs and succeeds, from accounting to managerial duties to human resources to troubleshooting the company's IT issues. Along with working for Cole Roofing, I worked with the accounting department of their sister company, Pfister Energy. Through these accounting duties, I have also become proficient in Maxwell Systems Management Suite.Accounting Responsibilities:I work alongside the companies controller, Sharon Hidlitch, performing within accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. In accounts payable I was responsible for creating reports, journal entries, check registers, as well as cutting and sending out checks to the appropriate clients. Within accounts receivables my duties included monthly invoicing to all of the companies clients, up-keeping records and journals via Microsoft OneNote, as well as making collection calls. Furthermore, I helped the companies controller with everyday tasks, including organizing files, computer libraries, and other various tasks.IT Responsibilities:From trouble shooting multifunctional printers and scanners to networking company-wide, cloud based, document solutions. I performed a wide array of duties to help bring technology to a more useful and applicable setting within Cole Roofing. Some of the projects I helped work on included updating the company website, maintaining/updating company computers, and establishing a restricted-access shared network to easily transfer important documents between company executives.

As duties required constant interaction with customers and staff, I was required to be professional and energetic while performing duties.Customer Service Responsibilities: Interacted with customers to move vehicles from dealer service drives to repair bays. Responsible for providing clean cars to customers after the cars have been sold or serviced, including fueling them, ensuring high expectations were met. Worked with the dealers detailing department to prepare vehicles that are traded in or received from auto manufacturer. Traveled to other Lexus dealers in MD/VA to transfer vehicles for customers. Delivered purchased vehicles directly to customers houses, and transported customers to and from the dealership. At Chophouse, a fine dining steak house in the Parole center of Annapolis, a Service Assistant must be a jack-of-all-trades. Required the art of making conversation with guests as they were seated and watered, as well making suggestions on menu selections when asked and handling customers’ queries and concerns efficiently.
