Leading up and during both Stampede 2021, and 2022 working headquarters reception our team was the first place many special guests, members of the organization and visitors would approach. Our main goal is always guest experience at the Calgary Stampede, so it’s intricate to have packages and accreditation organized and ready for pick up, while maintaining our high quality of service to customers in the building. And ensuring everyone we helped was, in an efficient manner.

-Received performance-based promotion to year-round staff on September 1, 2018-Directed and showed people to seats.-Answered questions upon request from anyone.-Checked aisles and sections once the show is over for items the quest might have left.-Directed guests to venues and attractions.-Assisted with helping wheelchairs up ramp to show seats.

Selling electricity and utilities services for a company called Direct Energy

-Removed snow from driveways, walkways, stairs, and porches by shovel and snow blower.-Chipped away ice from driveways, walkways, stairs, porches, and parking pads.-Strategically applied ice melt to limit slipping hazards and areas of eventual ice.-Checked the status of tools being used by the crew, to ensure snow blowers, snow throwers, push brushes are filled with their proper fuel, either straight gas or mixed gas.-Maintained a clean, and organized work area; used tension straps to secure all machinery, shovels, scrapers, and any loose tools, used on site of various job locations.

-Monitored guests to verify they were complying with Alberta Health Services (AHS) Covid-19 protocols for indoor gatherings.-Ensured guests experiences was enjoyed to the maximum while keeping 6-feet distance and wearing masks at all times.-Kept crowds to a minimum and maintained a flow of light maze to a consistent pace, keeping with Alberta health regulation of social distancing.-Ensured all food or beverage purchased inside the venue was taken outside to be enjoyed, to help maintain guests safety and ensure face coverings were used at all times inside the venue.-Answered guests’ questions, concerns or any other inquiries and assistance.-Scanned tickets to various time slots of the event.-Took the temperatures of guests as they entered the venue to ensure no one who had a fever entered the building.

Made sure that the rules outlined by Hockey Canada and Calgary Respectfully are being followed by all players.Explained the rules as needed and ensured that all participants understand these rules. Made calls regarding when these rules are being broken and assess penalties.
