As a project manager working for S&R Enterprises, I oversee multiple steel erection projects simultaneously. I’m currently managing work for Space X, where we are erecting multiple buildings and erecting the steel for the Mega Bay 1 Door. As a project engineer working for PBI, I worked directly on heavy steel erection projects. The First project I worked on was in Green River, Wyoming at the Genesis Alkali Mine where we erected their hydro facility. This hydro facility is the first of its kind and revolutionary for the Mining industry. I built a steel tracker that successfully tracked the steel we erected and provided real time percentage complete based on tonnage. After, I started a project in Pueblo, Colorado at the EVRAZ Steel Mill. The structure we erected is going to be the first ever solar powered rail mill in history. As a project coordinator I was responsible for multiple different job functions. These job aspects include supervision, document control, training, and quality management. I worked as a supervisor over pipe and liner jobs. I was also responsible document control of employee timesheets, JSA’s, work orders, work permits and any other forms on the jobsite. For training I provided 3rd party fusion training for other companies and US Fusion personnel. Created, controlled, and performed the role of a QC specialist on the jobsite.At Ineos Chocolate bayou I worked as a supervisor over the installation of HDPE pipe. This jobsite required me to manage multiple aspects of the job such as supervision over personnel, document control and meeting with the client to discuss progress. I was in direct contact with my project manager to request the materials and report job progress. The document control aspect required me to write change orders, work orders, JSAs, work permits, employee timesheets, monthly excavation permits, excavation checklist, weld mapping and keep track of all documentation. At Exxon Mobil Baytown I worked as a quality fusion consultant for Performance Contractors. For performance I provided fusion training for their personnel and 3rd party quality control for HDPE welding. I also put together and maintained a fusion equipment inventory and worked as an on-site mechanic as needed to repair fusion equipment. At Koch Methanol, St James Louisiana, I worked as a supervisor and quality control specialist. This jobsite required me to perform all the responsibilities of a HDPE liner QC. This included documenting all extrusion welds, repairs, panel placement, non-destructive testing and destructive testing forms. I also would use a tensiometer to test the strength of the fusion and extrusion welds. I also was in direct communication with my project manager reporting progress and any delays that interfered with production.

As a quality specialist I was responsible for multiple different job functions. These job aspects include supervision, document control, writing procedures, and quality management. My first project was at Manufacturing facility called Job Shop Connection located in Conroe, Texas. I worked directly with the quality consultant to implement an API Q1 quality system. My second large project I worked in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for Sobena Offshore to implement a new quality system because their quality system was from 1991.To perform gap analysis of parent/client companies through proprietary software of their QMS and client data, while enhancing document control, processes, and revisions/errata. Monitoring client requirements – ISO 9001:2008/API Q1 and the development of new procedures - as necessary to QMS’s compliance needs. Assisting the Lead Consultant with Internal/Annual Audits and necessary revisions/changes of current QMS and delivery of associated follow-up training.
