    CTO and lead software engineer of a globally reaching drone photogrammetry software company. Using aerial triangulation and Structure From Motion principles, PixElement generates incredibly accurate 3 dimensional models from 2D imagery. I led the architecture and maintenance of both a cloud based massively-parallel processing solution and a standalone desktop product. Manage a small team of engineers to push out new features and improvements at a rapid pace.

    I worked with large fMRI datasets from lengthy sessions in the scanner and tried to find significant results with suggestions from my adviser and occasionally my own ideas. Many datamining methods were used to find correlations between subjects in specific brain ROIs. Examples include univariate Pearson's correlation and multivariate canonical correlation analysis. Everything was done using a searchlight based parallelized algorithm created by Kriegeskorte, N., Goebel, R., Bandettini, P. in 2006 in an article called "Information-based functional brain mapping".

The results were returned and displayed in an intuitive way in order to provide countless business opportunities to other sections within the Gap. Offered a job after the internship transpired.
