As the UX Development Team Lead, my role was to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget and meet our high standard of quality. As the main customer contact, I received Architectural, Mechanical, and Control drawings from commercial buildings and work with our team to transform them into easy to navigate graphical user interfaces for a wide range of users. These users include building owners, Engineers, and Students.

I taught classes in seven countries across four continents.I also coordinated a global team of Delta Authorized Trainers (DAT) to ensure that more customers have access to training.
