• Design manufacturable & fully-developed prototypes from unformulated yet innovative client ideas.• Convert various design products into accurately measured computer models using FARO Laser Probe, Point Cloud Data & 3D CAD software.• Develop production drawing sets for full scale manufacturing of developed prototypes.

• Design control methods, create control panel & system BOM’s, manage material, & support several high profile customers on large job sites, up to $2.5M in value, with face-paced & high-pressure schedules.• Design management level, building level, & floor level networks to most effectively integrate all hardware & connect control points to the User’s Front-End.• Create control submittals with clear and thorough control diagrams, electrical drawings, designed power circuits, BOM’s, & equipments schedules.• Write sequences of operation for building hardware (such as Central Plants, Air Handlers, & Zone Controllers) that can easily be converted to PPCL.• Assist many technical & nontechnical co-workers by developing a database of relevant documents & developing expertise in specialized controller applications.• Create RFI forms to fill any information gaps.

• Design customized parts, ranging from plane seats to iPhone cases, from customer specifications for mass production and manufacturing.

• Modernized the calculation methods for heat transfer & cooling loads to adhere to the 2009 ASHRAE standards where assumptions were suitable & revised the calculations further where ASHRAE's assumptions were not applicable.• Developed a testing method to pinpoint where & when unwanted torsional loads on the Light Rail Vehicle (LRV) body were developing during the assembly process.• Created a Risk Assessment procedure to quicken & systematize engineering analyses for part replacement & retrofits.• Analyzed failure data to estimate the life of LRV parts based on local track geometry.
