Head of Global Sourcing, Accounts & Partnerships. Reporting directly to the CSCO and leading sourcing for all brands within the Havenly portfolio (Interior Define, The Citizenry, The Inside, St. Frank).Building out a new function with recently acquired and onboarded brands that manages partnerships (artisan cooperatives, factories, wholesale accounts) including negotiation, product quality, purchases and certifications. Responsible for MTO funnel and owned inventory program from sampling to international shipping within the product lifecycle: devising strategy, securing team buy-in, and executing. Foundation in large brand planning and buying, most recent foray in luxury artisan home goods as director over sourcing, account management, and supply chain. A unique background that encompasses both established businesses of scale and high velocity startups within the home and lifestyle brand space. Empathetic team leadership and development skills and an ability to communicate across functions and levels (executive to associate) successfully. Poised at the intersection of financial strategy and creative operations, using a unique blend of left and right brain capabilities to manage product, analytics, and people.
