Estimator/ Designer/ Draftsmen Zach has been in the construction and remodeling industry for over 20 years. He started working for his grandfather as a small child during his summer breaks running the bobcat excavating and remodeling old farm houses while doing everything that came with them. After an enlistment in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper, Zach pursued his passion of building through owning and operating his own construction company. After 12 good years and the struggle to hang on through the economy crisis, he decided to close the doors of his company and start Estimating Remodel Projects with Smith Construction & Drafting. In 2013 Zach furthered his education and received his Associates of Applied Science Degree in Architectural Drafting & Design. He is now one of the few 3D Draftsmen here at the Lake of the Ozarks utilizing the latest building and 3D rendering software on the market today. Zach is also a creator, designer and builder who will stay with you every step of the way through your build.
