• Assist in the hosting of live events/conferences, providing a live website and app-based system• Run live streams for clients across the world, e.g. Marie Claire • Liaise with speakers regarding their slides, presentation and live video links• Provide live tech support to conferences• Provide onsite data analysis of delegate numbers Taking up this part-time position has shown me the importance of excellent time keeping both personal to ensure that conferences start promptly for the delegates, and for the organisation so that their strict schedules are met. I also need to be visible to clients and presenters to answer any concerns they may have with their presentations. I’ve also work along side them on a second event where I was on site for an event in Berlin, running data analysis on delegate reports.

Through this experience, I developed many skills from prioritizing, time managing, working both independently and as part of a team and developing effective communication.I have had the opportunity to create a virtual escape room which was made available to the general public through the Staffordshire scouting website. I am aware of the importance of customer feedback, so at the end of the escape room, I included a customer feedback form which provided me with useful information to improve it for next time.

This was a summer placement I did during 2022, where I worked at my nearest store helping:• Liaising with managers to ensure stock is correctly replenished • Ensuring the store is always safe and presentable• Talking to customers to help find products / resolve any problems

This was a placement during the summer of 2022 and also for the summer of 2023, whereby I helped the company during their busiest weeks (one week totaling £40,000 for the single store).During this role I learned how to:• Talking to customers to find the best product for them• Provide excellent customer service to make the customer feel welcome and included• Taking and processing payments both online and in person

I had the privilege of being the first Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Ambassador for the United Endeavour Trust. For this position, I had to attend a comprehensive training program in order to complete the role. The role of DofE Ambassador is to support the trust in running the DofE program, to be a role model to current and prospective participants and to promote the scheme through presentations and displays to students and parents.
