*Responsible for overall investment performance of a medical real estate portfolio valued over $1.5 Billion.*Develop annual operating budgets for more than 100 medical office buildings measuring over 7 million square feet.*Develop strategic plans for individual assets that contribute to the implementation of business and operating plans that are required to meet or exceed corporate objectives.*Provide guidance in collections decisions, marketing strategies and capital improvements. *Work with internal and external leasing resources to develop, implement and monitor marketing/leasing plans, strategies and underwriting guidelines. Responsible for reviewing and approving term sheets, LOI's and lease agreements. *Oversee and monitor compliance with Ground Lease Documents, JV and Partnership Agreements, Development Agreements, Real Estate Tax assessments and other critical real estate documents. *Provide leadership and support for asset acquisitions and dispositions, including validation of underwriting assumptions, competitive market analysis and overall risk assessment. *Manage strategic relationships with industry leading health systems.
