Perform daily maintenance requests issued by supervisors. Prioritize tickets based on urgency, set personal work schedule and tasks to complete requests. Assessment of rental properties’ damages, purchasing of needed materials and completion of any repairs needed. Completion of daily work reports, expense sheets and mileage reports for payroll and billing. Responsible for rotational On-call (weeklong) shifts to handle all after hour emergencies. Company manages over 1200 rental properties in and around the York, Pennsylvania area. Trades of work include plumbing issues, electrical issues and even entire rehabilitations.
