ambitionUK in association with Orange digital is a programme designed to help young people benefit from career mentoring with people at all levels of the business.-Young people will be working as a team, designing and delivering a real project for Orange-Develop an online professional portfolio to help you progress to workYou will also take part in 4 workshops:-Brand Academy – this focuses on understanding yourself, your identity, the branding you give yourself and how you want the world to understand you.-Skills Academy – here you’ll identify the skills you have already and what they can do for you. We look at people with specific skills in the business, then with your understanding of branding, you’ll start to think about what skills you need in the future.-Leadership Academy – this is where you understand how to progress towards self-leadership. We look at the work you have done, the mentors you have worked with and support you to co-design a strategy for your career.-Comms Academy – you focus on getting your message out there. You’ll learn about the power of social media, networking and the importance of managing relationships and partnerships. Finally you’ll be coached to make a short face to face presentation and develop an online profile.

Job Ready in partnership with J.P. Morgan volunteers to give you advice and support on getting into work or further training following the course. They will come in and work closely with you, sharing their experiences of work and what they get out of it.
