• Design, develop, and maintain state recovery plans and procedures.Completed 6 plan annexes associated with the SC Disaster Recovery Plan in collaboration with local, state, federal, and private stakeholders.• Coordinates the activities of the South Carolina Recovery Task Force including meetings, trainings, exercises, and projects. • Provides subject matter guidance and strategic planning support to local governments during the creation and updating of jurisdictional recovery plans and procedures. • Utilizing standard HSEEP practices, serves as the primary planner, coordinator, and facilitator for the 2022 State-Full Scale Exercise: Recovery Tabletop.o Author of the Recovery Tabletop Situation Manual and After-Action Report.• Serves as an exercise controller for the 2022 State Full-Scale Exercise. • Serves as the DRC/DSA coordinator and primary writer for federal emergency disaster declaration requests as part of the State Emergency Response Team within ESF-14.• Teaches various federal and state level emergency management courses. • Serves as a member of multidisciplinary teams in addressing complex state level emergency management issues through the initiation and completion of various projects (Direct housing, Damage assessment practices, Digital platform and technology integration into disaster recovery operations, Lifeline sectors’ role in recovery operations, etc.). • Assists other SCEMD planners with emergency plan design and development.• Designs, develops, and conducts other trainings and exercises as assigned.

• Member of the 2021 State Full-Scale Exercise planning team.• Lead creative and strategic developer of the Master Scenario Exercise List (MSEL).• Hosts meetings, briefings, trainings, and workshops to prepare participants for the 2021 State Full-Scale Exercise.• Serves as the lead exercise controller during the administration of the 2021 State Full-Scale Exercise.
