Mcr Fos Training Team Lead
CurrentMulti-Channel Radio Family of Systems (MCR FoS) Training Specialist III and Instructional Systems Designer for Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's Project Offices. Duties and accomplishments include:•Lead and manage day-to-day operations, customer relations, logistics, cost estimations, training and development of the MCR team.•Lead the development of all aspects of New Equipment Training (NET) and Instructional System Design (ISD) utilizing the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) model, in conjunction with the Marine Corps Systems Approach to Training (SAT) manual.•Led the development of the first ever NET package for the AN/PRC-167, AN/VRC-146, AN/PRC-163, and AN/VRC-145 radio systems. •Serve as the Technical Writer for all curriculum development, which increases the efficiency of development and provides an increase in labor cost savings.•Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) and testing support to MARCORSYSCOM for the selection and acquisition of MCHH and MCMP radios for the Marine Corps. •Provided planning and executed training and evaluation assessments during the AN/PRC-163 Field User Evaluation (FUE).•Assisted with the development, evaluation, and data collection of Human Systems Integration (HSI) for all MCR systems.•Developed and established the System Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test and Evaluation, and Training Requirements for all MCHH and MCMP radio systems for the acquisition and fielding processes of the radios.•Responsible for developing and delivering all weekly and monthly status reports for the project.•Compile all training metrics and develop After Action Reports from training and test events for submission to customers.•Led and coordinated daily/weekly inventory of all COMSEC material within the NIWC testing lab.
