Assisting in customers day-to-day financial transactions as well as opening accounts such as but not limited to: checking, savings, money market and IRA’s. My role is also heavily involved in assisting customers with several lending products such as auto, mortgage, LOCs and personal loans while maintaining an understanding of customer needs and referring to appropriate colleagues when need be. Along with keeping up with all teller duties; This position is meant to be the branches leader in customer experience and service in regard to finding the best products and services needed and ensures customers are helped in a timely and effective manner. Also responsible for assisting with or opening any personal banking products (personal accounts, personal credit cards), assisting customers with several banking services, and ensuring customers are able to meet with any applicable colleagues when needed.

Handled day-to-day customer transactions, recommended solutions to customer’s banking needs through product changes and/or referrals to colleagues, handled lower level operational needs of the bank such as, but not limited to; vault records and minimal daily reports, consistently met and exceeded any promotional or product related sales goals.
