Responsible for project management tasks regarding landscaping projects and construction site foreman role. Assisted with project scheduling, materials delivery, sub contract tasks/schedules. Assisted in plant selection from wholesale tree and horticulture nurseries. Managed crew(s) of 2-5 workers. Point of contact between customer and company and ensured all customers wants/needs were met with satisfaction. Made sure crews abided by company policies, were safe during working hours, and help create team dynamics. Head arborist in charge of all tree plantings, pruning, fertilizing, and removals to ensure all tasks were safely and properly done on time and under/at budget.

All aspects of urban and community forestry including: advanced bucket truck work, rope and saddle climbing, stump grinding, chipper, expert chainsaw use/knowledge, full tree pruning/removals/planting. Commercial grade snow removal.
