-Worked among a team of individuals developing a pre-production thermal management module controlling the distribution of coolant flow for optimal engine performance.-Assisted application engineers in relaying information from the development side to the designers.-Developed a testing process to determine if a seal leakage issue was due to an unknown material shrinkage or an assembly issue.-Created a spring calculator to find the correct spring size for a purpose with lower and upper bound limits including O-ring seal friction, dynamic pressures, and resultant motor resistance.-Greater understanding of OEM supplier pre-production design stages and processes.
